Kashish Shah 

Kashish Shah [2022] :

Status: Ongoing

Kashish D. Shah received BTech in Information and Communication Technology from School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Ahmedabad University, Gujarat, India in 2022. He is currently a full-time Ph.D. Scholar in Computer Science and Engineering Department at School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Ahmedabad University. He is also a Junior Research Fellow in the 5G-ITS project financed by Department of Science and Technology - Gujarat Council on Science and Technology (DST-GUJCOST). His current research covers AI-based Coexistence of 5G NR-V2X and Wi-Fi systems under the unlicensed spectrum, developing ITS use cases with the 5G NR-V2X Comm. Technology, and Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) for next Gen-V2X networks. His research interests include Bio-Medical Image Segmentation, Computer Vision, Applied Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning, Cellular-V2X, and 6G Wireless Networks.

Kirtan Kalaria 

Kirtan Kalaria [2023] :

Status: Ongoing

Kirtan Kalaria earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the School of Arts and Sciences at Ahmedabad University in 2023, graduating with Scholastic Distinction. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, deep learning for next-generation (xG) wireless networks, Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC), advanced wireless communication systems, and Cellular-V2X technologies.

Brijesh Soni 

Brijesh Soni [2017-2021] :

Status: Completed

Dr Soni is going to join as postdoc researcher at Boston College, MA-USA. He was working as Junior Research Fellow at School of Engineering and Applied Science, Ahmedabad University for Department of Science and Technology (DST) - UK-India Education and Research Initiative (UKIERI) research project jointly funded by DST and British Council. He received his B.E. degree in Electronics Engineering from B.V.M Engineering college and M.E. degree in Communication Systems Engineering from L.D College of Engineering (both with Distinction) in 2014 and 2017, respectively. He has been awarded his Ph.D. degree in Information, Communication and Technology at School of Engineering and Applied Science, Ahmedabad University in 2021. His research interests include Cognitive Radio Networks, Machine learning/Deep learning for xG wireless networks, Speech Enhancement and Physical Layer Security.

Sagar Kavaiya 

Sagar Kavaiya [2018-2022] :

Status: Completed

Sagar Kavaiya was working as Junior Research Fellow at School of Engineering and Applied Science, Ahmedabad University for the DST-ASEAN funded project titled, “Cognitive Radio Enabled Vehicular Cyber Physical System for Urban Area. He received the B.E. degree in Electronics Engineering from B.V.M Engineering College and M.E. degree in Communication Systems Engineering from L.D College of Engineering in 2015 and 2017, respectively. He is also currently pursuing his PhD degree in Information, Communication and Technology at the School of Engineering and Applied Science, Ahmedabad University. His research interests are Vehicular Communications, Machine learning for wireless networks, and Physical Layer Security.
